Karkeya Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and karkeya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern all use of the karkeya website, mobile application, and any services offered through the platform.

By accessing karkeya, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using karkeya immediately.

To register and use karkeya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be accessing karkeya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a karkeya employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from karkeya under a self-exclusion agreement or disciplinary action.

Karkeya reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after verification.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on karkeya. Duplicate accounts are not allowed under any circumstances. If karkeya detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

When registering on karkeya, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• One account per person, per household, and per device is permitted on karkeya.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Karkeya will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• You must notify karkeya support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Karkeya reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal.

Identity verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued ID, a selfie, or proof of payment method. Karkeya processes all verification documents securely and in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Karkeya currently supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions on karkeya are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit on karkeya is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account status.
• Deposits are credited to your karkeya account instantly in most cases. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside karkeya's control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your karkeya account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during business hours.
• Karkeya does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Karkeya reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Funds in your karkeya account do not earn interest.

If a deposit is made in error or a transaction is disputed, contact karkeya support as soon as possible. Karkeya will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting karkeya support may result in account suspension.

Karkeya offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• All bonuses on karkeya are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Karkeya reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or exploiting promotional terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. One welcome bonus per player, per household, and per IP address applies.
• Karkeya may set maximum bet limits that apply when playing with active bonus funds. Exceeding these limits may result in bonus cancellation.

All bets placed on karkeya are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played. General betting rules that apply across the karkeya platform are set out below.

• A bet is confirmed only when karkeya's system has accepted and recorded it. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues are void and any funds deducted will be returned.
• Karkeya reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or on terms that were published in error.
• For sports betting, karkeya follows standard industry rules for event cancellations, postponements, and walkovers. Specific rules are published on the sports betting section of the platform.
• Live betting odds on karkeya update in real time. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, not at the time you began placing the bet.
• Karkeya sets minimum and maximum bet limits per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your karkeya account balance immediately after a bet is settled.
• In the event of a dispute over a bet result, karkeya's records are considered the definitive source. Contact support within 72 hours of the disputed result.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on karkeya. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the karkeya platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on karkeya.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the karkeya platform for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund a karkeya account.
• Opening multiple accounts on karkeya to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using karkeya for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your karkeya account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the karkeya platform's software or infrastructure.

Karkeya reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure may include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under karkeya's responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your karkeya account is suspended, you will be notified via the email address registered to your account. You may contact karkeya support to request a review of the suspension. Karkeya will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If the suspension is upheld, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method after verification, provided no fraud or Terms breach is confirmed.

Karkeya collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on karkeya, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• Karkeya collects registration data, transaction records, betting history, and device information for the purposes of operating the platform and complying with legal obligations.
• Karkeya does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
